Going Up! 7 Pointers to Lift a Bad Mood

The other day I wasn't exactly in the best mood. I found this Yahoo article, printed it and put it my folder, and actually forgot about it until the drive home. Sitting in traffic while returning phone calls, it fell out on my lap. I amused myself and read the little quip.   • Laugh (I turned off the radio)
  • Get Hands On - Give somebody a hug
  • Exercise
  • Breath
  • and Smell the Joy (I simply enjoyed the neigborhood landscaping)

Amazingly, and perhaps performed subconsciously, I began to feel the dark cloud disappear. By the time I got home, hugged my kids, I was a new person. I know this sounds a bit polly annish, but it worked for me!
